About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of Kindergarten to Year 6 students.
  • Foster an organised and positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve school goals and improve student outcomes.
  • Continuously develop and refine instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • A strong evidence-based instructional approach.
  • An ability to deliver a low-variance curriculum through explicit teaching strategies.
  • Experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support programs.
