The role involves providing woman-centered midwifery care that promotes identified health outcomes. This includes assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating midwifery care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- This position requires current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking is essential for this role
- A commitment to person-centered care and NSW Health Core Values is expected from the ideal candidate
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and teamwork skills, working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Provide woman-centered, evidence-based midwifery care
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate midwifery care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
