Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
This role is ideal for a highly motivated and organized individual who can manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Job Description:- Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons (M+1 to M+3).
- Manage trades performance against forecast submitted to ensure DFA is achieved.
- Manage 3rd party DFA.
- Review historical sales trends and reconcile significant variance to advise Sales on their forecast inputs.
- Interact with Sales, Network to understand demand forecast drivers to better predict forward view.
- Provide inputs to the Supply planning team in developing required replenishment plans.
- Facilitate and run demand management meetings for Puma and 3rd party supply.
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand performance.
- Continuous improvement focus on demand performance in conjunction with different stakeholders.
- Candidates should have experience in commodities, oil and gas industry.
- A technical degree in Economics is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products is necessary.
- Effective negotiation skills, networking skills are essential.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms would be advantageous.
