Additionally, the company's downstream activities include the distribution, retail sales and wholesale of refined products, with further offerings in lubricants, bitumen, LPG and marine bunkering.We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons (M+1 to M+3).
  • Managing trades performance against forecast submitted to ensure DFA is achieved.
  • Managing 3rd party DFA.
  • Reviewing historical sales trends and reconciling significant variance to advise Sales on their forecast inputs.
  • Interacting with Sales, Network to understand demand forecast drivers to better predict forward view.
  • Providing inputs to the Supply planning team in developing required replenishment plans.
  • Facilitating and running demand management meetings for Puma and 3rd party supply.
  • Preparing and maintaining relevant reports pertaining to demand performance.
  • Continuously improving focus on demand performance in conjunction with different stakeholders.
Requirements:
Exposure to commodities, oil and gas industry.
Economics degree (Required).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, effective negotiation skills, networking skills, strong understanding of trading platforms would be advantageous.
