GreenCollar's mission is to demonstrate that markets can drive lasting environmental outcomes by directing long-term finance towards sustainable land management practices and ecosystem services.

We work in partnership with farmers, graziers, traditional owners and other land managers to develop high-quality nature-based projects that deliver economic, environmental and social benefits.

The Senior Geospatial Analyst will play a critical role in our success, requiring a highly skilled individual to lead the spatial design of environmental projects and drive meaningful environmental outcomes.

  • Lead the spatial design of environmental projects at different scales and across various landscapes.
  • Solve complex environmental project challenges by employing GIS interpretation techniques and software to analyse spatial and non-spatial data.
  • Create high-quality spatial outputs (maps, spatial datasets, etc.) leveraging data analysis and insights to support monitoring, reporting and overall project performance.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in geospatial science, GIS or physical science, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of GIS software and image analysis tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python is desirable.
