About This Role

Job Overview:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of Psychosocial Services and Programs.
  • Coach and support a team of Support Workers to tailor services to consumers' needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across healthcare, community and primary services.
  • Represent the organization at local and regional meetings, forums and events.

About You

  • Experience leading teams, programs and services in mental health, disability or community sectors.
  • Effective communication skills for coaching and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in computer software and record management systems.
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Culturally sensitive approach when working with diverse communities and individuals.

Requirements

  • A current Queensland driver's license (P1 C class).
  • A registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Certificates in First Aid and CPR.
  • A Working with Children blue card (or ability to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality, Safety & You.
