About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious New Homes Consultant to manage the entire sales journey. Your role is to engage and nurture leads, guiding sophisticated clients from initial consultation to contract signing. This is not an entry-level position; it is a career-defining opportunity for a sales expert who wants to succeed and be rewarded accordingly.

This full-time role is based in our Parramatta office, with a structured Monday to Friday work week. To ensure our clients receive the best service, this position requires the flexibility for meetings after hours and on weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the sales process for high-value KDRB projects, from lead nurturing to closing.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their vision, budget, and site requirements.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of the KDRB process, including site assessment, council regulations, and demolition.
  • Prepare and present detailed, accurate quotations and contracts for premium home builds.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, providing a seamless and trustworthy experience.
  • Utilise your engaging personality to build a robust pipeline and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Meticulously maintain client records and sales activities within our CRM system.

About You:
  • KDRB Sales Expert (Essential): You have significant, proven sales experience and a stellar track record specifically within the custom build market.
  • A Proven Closer: You are a results-driven professional who consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
  • Engaging & Professional: You possess an exceptional ability to connect with clients, build trust, and nurture relationships with a polished and engaging personality.
  • Driven to Succeed: You are highly motivated, ambitious, and have a powerful desire to achieve outstanding results and maximise your earning potential.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You have first-class verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage high-value contracts confidently.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Driver's Licence: You possess a current and valid driver's licence.
