Job Role:

Apart from ensuring the safety and security of a residential building during overnight hours, your key responsibility will be to monitor and control entry and exit of residents, guests, and visitors. This is a part-time role working overnight hours from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am on Fridays and Saturdays.

You will need to observe and respond to any suspicious activity through CCTV monitoring, address noise complaints in a calm and professional manner, and conduct regular patrols to maintain security standards.

Additionally, you will be required to provide concierge-style service, including general assistance to residents and guests. Maintaining accurate duty logs, incident reports, and handovers will also be a part of your job role.
