Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager

The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and building the project's positive reputation with the community and impacted residents, stakeholder groups, traders, and schools.
Develop and implement comprehensive communication and stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
Identify key stakeholders and develop strong, positive relationships with these stakeholders through proactive engagement, consultation, and addressing concerns.
Proactively identify potential issues and risks that could impact stakeholders or project reputation.
Plan, organize, and facilitate various stakeholder engagement activities such as public meetings, workshops, information sessions, and one-on-one briefings.
E nsure appropriate feedback mechanisms are in place and that stakeholder input is considered and responded to.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
Required Skills And Competencies:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years' professional experience in stakeholder management, customer or community liaison and communications.
Demonstrated experience on a Rail/Civil Infrastructure project or within a similar complex environment highly desirable.
A current Driver Licence and own reliable vehicle.
