Retail Merchandiser Role Overview

As a key member of our team, retail merchandisers play a crucial role in building strong relationships with store managers and their teams to effectively complete their work. Their core responsibilities include creating, building, and maintaining high-quality point of sale displays in-store, discussing additional promotional space for various products with stores, and reporting tasks and good photos daily via our StoreTrack App.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with Australia's leading brands and retailers, enjoying flexible hours and rosters provided 5 to 10 days in advance. You will also receive a competitive hourly rate - $31.68 per hour + $0.98 per KMs + Super, referral programs, ongoing training, recognition, and career opportunities.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also required. As a minimum, you will need to have 3 - 4 days required availability including Wednesdays and Thursdays.
