About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee for the Plumbing Ipswich branch. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in the supply chain operations industry while working towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures to maintain a high standard of customer service and branch environment.
  • Processing sales and stock management to meet customer demands efficiently.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers to build strong relationships and resolve queries promptly.
  • Assisting with product knowledge and providing follow-up services to customers.
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy workplace to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to follow instructions and take initiative in completing tasks accurately and on time.
  • Enthusiasm, a great attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others.
