About the Role

We are seeking a Year 10 student to undertake a School-based Traineeship at our Plumbing Ipswich branch.

The successful candidate will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a Reece Group store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Reece values and policies, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality store standards.
  • Process sales, manage stock, and answer phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Develop product knowledge, build relationships with customers, and contribute to maintaining a well-presented store environment.
Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and take initiative in completing tasks.
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects (up to 15kg) within the store.
Working Arrangements

The trainee will be required to work approximately one and a half days per week during school terms. Availability on Saturdays is essential, with additional hours available during school holidays.
