Chief Financial Officer Role

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee financial operations, partner with the CEO and COO to set and execute strategic financial directions aligned with CASA's purpose of creating positive futures for people with disability in Central Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio that includes financial and management functions, risk and compliance, procurement, planning, corporate services, and leading the finance team.
  • Overseeing financial operations and ensuring efficient allocation of funds to maximise impact.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, guiding the organisation through fiscal challenges while focusing on service goals.

Requirements include:

  • Qualified CA or CPA.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and National Police Clearance.
  • Residency in Alice Springs or regular attendance in Alice Springs if based in Adelaide.
