Remote Operations Community Leader

As a leader in our Remote Services Operations team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and communities across Australia.

The role requires a strong understanding of operational excellence, as well as cultural awareness and sensitivity. You will be responsible for leading a team of Remote Coordinators, ensuring that our services are safe, effective, and responsive to community needs.
- Lead and support a team of Remote Coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our reach, strengthen partnerships, and improve service efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities and oversee logistics and maintenance, ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Champion a data-driven approach to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement, using insights to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.
- Oversee risk assessments, incident management, and safety practices, ensuring that our teams and partners are equipped to manage risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with First Nations communities, partners, government, and funders, fostering trust and cooperation.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
- Manage operations to achieve strategic and day-to-day objectives, aligning our efforts with our mission and values.
