What You Will Get To Do:

The Super Administration Team Leader oversees daily operations of the administrative team, ensuring efficient support across the organization. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing workflows, and implementing best practices to improve productivity and service quality.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the administrative team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
  • Workflow Management: Coordinate and manage administrative workflows for timely and accurate task completion.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards for administrative processes and services.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet departmental and project demands.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues within the team.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular team performance reports.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
