Job Title: Language Department Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our Languages department. Our institution is located in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and offers a comprehensive curriculum and co-curricular program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach VCE Italian with passion and expertise
- Lead the Languages department, driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes
- Mentor and support colleagues to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Master of Teaching / Bachelor of Education)
- Demonstrated expertise in best practice approaches to teaching and learning
- Ability to lead a team and inspire others to achieve excellence
- Victorian Institute of Teachers registration and Working Rights for Australia
