We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Consultant to join our team at Mediix in the Northern Region of South Australia.
Clinical Duties- Deliver high-quality paediatric care, including neonatal resuscitation and general paediatric consultations.
- Conduct baby checks, rapid access clinics, and general paediatric clinics.
- Participate in on-call services on a 1:5 rotation, including after-hours coverage.
- Maintain clinical records and coordinate follow-up care for hospital patients.
- Engage in clinical audits, safety activities, and service planning meetings.
- Support and contribute to continuing education programs in maternity services.
- Prepare reports and adhere to hospital policies and administrative guidelines.
- Participate in performance appraisals and mandatory training.
- Seek leave approval and engage in necessary administrative tasks.
