As a support worker, you will provide care to individuals in their own homes, assisting with daily living activities. This may include personal care, domestic tasks, and meal preparation while promoting social participation.

This is a hands-on role suitable for active individuals who can perform manual handling duties as required.

We are seeking individuals who share our mission and values of excellence, respect, connection, rights, fairness, responsiveness, safety, and integrity.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and dedication.

You must hold a minimum of Cert III Aged Care or Individual Support/Disability qualification or be a nursing student post first placement.

The ideal candidate will also possess a driver's licence, car, working with children's check, police check, first aid level 2 and CPR, NDIS worker screening check, and NDIS worker orientation module.
