Job Overview

A skilled professional is sought after to provide maintenance and advisory services for logistics and armoured vehicles.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will conduct diagnosis and repairs on vehicles, turrets, and weapons at various sites;
  • Maintain accurate records of work in a database;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with customers and stakeholders;
  • Monitor repair progress of vehicles and systems;
  • Ensure warranty requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Possess a Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or equivalent qualification;
  • Demonstrate experience maintaining European trucks and armoured vehicles;
  • Display proficiency in automotive diagnostic skills with European manufacturers;
  • Have knowledge of CANBUS systems;
  • Be eligible for Australian Security Clearance;
  • Understand Land Materiel Safety Manual and ADF technical standards;
  • Be willing to travel interstate and internationally;
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently;
  • Citizenship of Australia is required for security clearance eligibility.

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
