Job Title: Plastic Blow Moulding Technician

Job Summary:

The Allstar Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Plastic Blow Moulding Technician to join our team. As a Plastic Blow Moulding Technician, you will be responsible for operating plastic extrusion / injection / blow moulding machines, producing plastic bottles and jars, and ensuring the quality of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate plastic extrusion / injection / blow moulding machines to produce plastic bottles and jars.
  • Perform visual and non-visual inspections on quality to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Ensure general maintenance is carried out on the machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal production.
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and take corrective action to minimize downtime.
  • Supervise and manage various shifts and operators to ensure smooth production.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with injection / blow moulding and materials such as HDPE, LDPE, and PVC.
  • Ability to work day and/or night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
