Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plastic Injection & Blow Moulding Technician/Supervisor to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. This is a permanent position based in NOR with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 + Super (Neg). Immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain plastic injection and blow moulding machines
  • Produce plastic bottles and jars ranging from 30ml to 6 litres using blow mould machines
  • Conduct visual and non-visual inspections on quality
  • Maintain general machine maintenance and respond quickly to breakdowns
  • Supervise and manage various shifts and operators

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with injection and blow moulding machines and materials such as HDPE, LDPE and PVC
  • Ability to work day and/or night shifts
  • Good communication skills
