  • We are seeking experienced Early Childhood Teachers to join our team of dedicated professionals.
About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children in our care. You will work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff to create a nurturing environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing engaging and innovative educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children in our care.
  • Collaborate with a team of educators and support staff to create a nurturing environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of children's progress and development.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Previous experience working in the early childhood sector (desirable).
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC).
