This position offers the opportunity to work with a team of experienced educators in a high-quality environment, focusing on delivering exceptional early childhood education and care services.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging learning programs, maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement innovative learning programs that cater to the needs of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through open communication and active listening.
- Participate in professional learning and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Guardian Curriculum and support the centre's goals and objectives.
The centre features six spacious rooms, an outdoor area with play equipment, climbing structures, sandpits, and open space. The environment is designed to support children's learning through hands-on play and natural curiosity.
We offer nutritious meals prepared daily on-site and provide a welcoming environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Our centres prioritize children's safety and wellbeing by conducting rigorous screening and security checks for all team members.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in long day-care (desired).
- Sound knowledge and practical experience with the NQF and EYLF frameworks.
- A current Working with Children's Check (VIC state).
