Job Opportunity:

Analytics Leadership Position

This role is ideal for an analytical professional seeking to spearhead analytics efforts in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating data from multiple regions, automating trusted dashboards, and turning insights into actions that drive revenue and margin.

The position requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams of analysts and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. A strategic mindset, combined with hands-on delivery expertise, will be essential in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of regional analysts and providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to define data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Developing and implementing analytical models to support standardised revenue reporting.
  • Analysing regional revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Performing timely and relevant revenue analysis to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.
  • Developing compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in database design, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau skill required).
  • Preferred experience in Snowflake.
  • Extensive experience in identifying business needs and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of pricing analytics, quota setting, and incentive compensation design is preferred.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and present fact-based summaries and reports.
  • Fluency in English; additional APAC languages a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Shopify, Asana, Miro, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, MYOB, and other statistical modelling tools.
  • Experience working across the APAC environment (ANZ, China, Japan, India, SEA, Korea).
