Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Imaging Team Lead to oversee the delivery of exceptional photography services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership and technical skills.

This role involves leading a team of photographers, coordinating daily store operations, and ensuring the highest quality portraits are produced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of photographers to deliver high-quality portraits.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every family has a memorable photo experience.
    • Support team members in providing excellent customer service.
  • Operations & Reporting:
    • Coordinate stock and equipment management.
    • Troubleshoot minor technical issues.
    • Prepare and submit operational reports.
Requirements
  • Skills & Qualifications:
    • Strong technical skills in photography, including manual DSLR knowledge.
    • Previous team management experience.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
    • Working With Children Check (WWCC).
