Electrical Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Design Leader to spearhead the design of high-voltage substations and primary network projects across Australia.

  • Oversee the electrical design of substation primary and secondary systems in accordance with Australian standards.
  • Provide strategic direction for advanced primary design, network modeling, optimization, and studies on large-scale substation and primary network projects.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across all projects, acting as the primary technical contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exhibit strategic oversight of all projects to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in a Senior Electrical Design role, with exceptional understanding of primary network engineering, focusing on substations and power systems.
  • Excellent client engagement skills, with ability to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Tertiary Qualification in Electrical Engineering certified by Engineers Australia.
  • Strong leadership abilities, proven experience mentoring junior engineers or willingness to do so.

Location: Perth, Brisbane, or Sydney.
