Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Officer to join our team. As a Member Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services and programs, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to all members and visitors
- Promote our services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Prospect, tour, and close sales to achieve individual and team targets
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
- Passion for fitness and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a sales or customer service environment
- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification and Working With Children Check
