Fitness Sales Representative

Genesis Fitness Clubs is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Officer.
About the Role:
The Member Services Officer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, casual users, and potential new members. This includes sales, reception, and merchandising services in accordance with our established operational routines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, tour, and close sales to acquire new members
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Promote the club's services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments
- Previous experience in a similar position is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for health and fitness are essential

Requirements:
- Previous experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or a retail environment is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for health and fitness are essential
- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification and a Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
