**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care.
  • Provide complex and multi-disciplinary care to patients.

  • Act as a role model for safe practice and deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery.

**Requirements:**

  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an acute hospital setting, ideally in a surgical ward.
  • Orthopaedic and neurosurgical nursing highly regarded.
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
  • Commitment to quality patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional computer skills.
