Visual Design Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Designer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative design solutions that bring our brand identity to life across various campaigns, programs, services, publications and events.

  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to deliver design solutions that meet client expectations and align with brand guidelines.
  • Design and produce engaging, effective and accessible visual content for both internal and external audiences.
  • Liaise with external suppliers as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in branding and design to ensure our design solutions remain compelling.
About the Role

This is an opportunity to work with a multi-disciplined team that operates in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Our team contributes strategically and operationally to attract, retain and grow membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tertiary qualification in graphic design or visual communication.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience (preferably in an in-house or creative agency).
  • Current portfolio demonstrating skills and understanding in concept development, brand, print, and digital design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible approach and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills to manage a high volume of requests with competing deadlines.
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.

This role involves working in a macOS environment and requires a comfortable level of familiarity with industry-standard software.
