Job Overview

We are seeking two reliable and motivated Facilities Cleaners to join our team on a full-time basis.

The roles will have staggered start times: 6:30 am to 2:36 pm and 9:30 am to 4:26 pm.

These roles are essential in maintaining a clean and organized environment across our three sites in Coolum Industrial Estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Showroom Cleaning: Ensure all floor, room, and ceiling surfaces are free of cobwebs, dust, and marks.
  • Production Area Cleaning: Ensure cleanliness in the manufacturing and workshop areas, including waste removal, machinery dusting, and floor mopping.
  • Office and Common Area Cleaning: Maintain corporate office spaces, including cleaning desks, meeting rooms, bathrooms/toilets, kitchens, and other common areas.
  • Sanitization: Perform thorough sanitization of high-touch areas (e.g., door handles, light switches, equipment) to maintain a safe environment for staff.
  • Waste Management: Manage waste disposal, recycling, and proper segregation of materials in all areas.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed to ensure consistent service.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols while cleaning, especially in all areas.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Respond to cleaning requests by management as needed to support the smooth running of the facility.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience, ideally in facilities and/or industrial environments.
  • Pride in Presentation: We build premium products, and all aspects of our operations need to reflect premium presentation.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly in ensuring cleanliness in all areas where quality and safety are paramount.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
  • Safety Awareness: Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other cleaning staff and teams to maintain a safe and clean workplace.
  • Shift Flexibility: Must be available for above shift times, with flexibility to cover any additional shifts and leave as required.
