Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in a subacute in the home maternity leave cover position.

This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging or experienced senior physiotherapist to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in subacute rehabilitation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Manage a caseload of patients with complex subacute needs, providing individualized care and treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care and support.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA).
• Current driver's license and ability to travel to rural areas.
