Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Educator to take charge of their own room, leading a team to deliver exceptional educational programs.

This role involves collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Safety and inclusivity are core values that ensure every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

  • Our centre has been rated as 'Exceeding' in all 7 National Quality Standard areas.
  • The Centre Director has over 20 years of experience and has previously been awarded Employee of the Year for NSW.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent).
