Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our team at Canberra Health Services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to a front-line mental health team, including the daily management of the Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA) clinical service system and multidisciplinary service.
- Act as the duty officer, conduct clinical case reviews, and provide clinical supervision to HP1, HP2, HP3, and allied health assistants.
- Undertake professional development, participate in, and lead quality initiatives, and manage human, financial, and physical resources, including work, health, and safety.
- A competitive salary of $121,389 - $136,035 plus superannuation.

Mental Health, Justice Health and Alcohol and Drug Services (MHJHADS) provide health services directly and through partnerships with community organisations. The Division works in partnership with consumers, carers, and government and non-government service providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
The role will require collaboration with CAMHS Community Teams, which comprise multi-disciplinary mental health professionals providing assessment, therapeutic treatment, and clinical management within a recovery framework.
