Lead the successful Entry-Into-Service of the E190 aircraft into QantasLink. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a CASA-approved exposition, updated policies and procedures, tooling, equipment, and training outcomes to support operational readiness.
  • Oversee the effective execution of aircraft maintenance activities within Line Maintenance Operations, ensuring all work is performed in alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive operational efficiency and compliance, while developing and implementing key business initiatives that support continuous improvement and align with the strategic priorities of the E190 fleet.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience within Aviation, business or project management.
  • Licensed, degree or master's qualified.
  • Demonstrated results in broad business skills including Finance, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Safety and Quality.
  • Familiarity with Civil Aviation regulations and other regulations governing industrial workforce management (WH&S, Industrial Relations, Environment, EEO etc.).
  • Sound Leader, ability to engage front line to executive leaders, & foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
