Hotel Room Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking experienced, service-focused room attendants to join our team. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and amenities are cleaned and replenished to the highest standards.

About the Role:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and pantries, replenishing amenities as required.
  • Maintain equipment in clean working order and assist with any technical issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to achieve set goals and deadlines.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Possess full Australian working rights.
  • Have a proven track record of room servicing experience.
  • Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be willing and available to work an average of 4 days per week.
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Be a team player with the ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.
  • Take pride in your work and demonstrate honesty and reliability.
  • Be respectful and take accountability for yourself and your work.
