About the Job

This role involves servicing and cleaning allocated rooms to the highest standards within a specified timeframe. The successful applicant will be expected to anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, replenish supplies, and report any maintenance issues or potential hazards to the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and attend to guest needs and desires promptly.
  • Service and clean allocated rooms to a high standard within the given time frame.
  • Replenish and control guest supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or potential hazards to the supervisor.
  • Follow all housekeeping policies and procedures set by the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of personal grooming and professionalism.
  • Inform the housekeeping office immediately of any unusual situations.
  • Attend monthly departmental communication and training meetings.
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures outlined in the Team Handbook.
  • Have knowledge of and practice workplace health and safety guidelines (WH&S).
  • Assist other departments when required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
