The successful candidate will also have confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to diverse customers, as well as the ability to build rapport with colleagues and adapt to changing situations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personalized consultations and advice to customers on health and beauty products.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer transactions and ensuring efficient processing using point-of-sale systems.
- Contributing to a positive store environment by maintaining high standards of presentation and stock levels.
- Promoting the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers and supporting ongoing learning initiatives.
