About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Expert to join our team at one of Melbourne's leading pharmacies. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service in the beauty arena.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and acknowledge customers who enter the Beauty area of the pharmacy
  • Delve deep into your passion for cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance to deliver outstanding recommendations and assistance to customers
  • Promote and support our key brands, including Dior, Lancôme, L'Occitane, ASAPR, Coty & Cosmax Luxe fragrances, Artdeco, and Natio
  • Organise and ensure displays, including giftware, and in-store promotions are well presented and appealing
  • Oversee and ensure the profitability of the Beauty Department
