Are you a motivated professional seeking a leadership role in a fast-paced environment?

  • We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our team of Employment Consultants in delivering a professional and sustainable service to participants and employers.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective leadership aligned to our values, mission and operational plans. This includes ensuring that all aspects of our Service Delivery Model are delivered to a high standard and compliance requirements are met on an individual and site level.

  • Key responsibilities include driving team performance and productivity, establishing and maintaining a network of key internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring commercial returns while producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants.
About You
  • To succeed in this role, you will require demonstrated experience in Employment Services and case management. Additionally, you should have experience in day-to-day management and coordination of effective teams, as well as the ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people experiencing unemployment.
  • You will also need to possess a strong ability to problem-solve and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, as well as demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs.
