Senior Cyber Security Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Strategist to lead our cyber security program in Oceania. This critical role involves developing and implementing comprehensive cyber security strategies, policies and procedures to protect our digital infrastructure from evolving threats and vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop remediation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Establish and enforce cyber security policies, standards, and procedures to govern our information assets and infrastructure.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to validate the effectiveness of security controls and processes.
- Develop training programs to educate employees on cyber security best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable.
- 7+ years of experience in cyber security management, including leading security programs in complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
The estimated salary for this role is around $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
