Your new role is a unique opportunity to drive organisational efficiency, effectiveness and performance.
As the Operational Excellence Specialist, you will form a key influence in the operational enablement function that focuses on improving business outcomes through data analysis and interpretation.
You will support the ActiveOps framework implementation across teams, administer requests and solve them within defined service level agreements. You will deliver consistent operational productivity and performance data reporting across various teams and conduct analysis against defined performance metrics to find efficiency.
You will work closely with other departments to review opportunities to support business operations and become more productive and efficient. You will also work broadly across all supporting business units to ensure a good understanding of workplace practices and how new frameworks and support can be implemented.
As our new Operational Excellence Specialist, you will have two focus areas: one will focus on obtaining and interpreting data in real time, the other will require drawing conclusions from that data and coaching leaders on trends and business alterations that may need to be considered to reach optimal business operating rhythms.
You will bring your upbeat nature to this high-performing team, having a keen eye for details and being able to work with stakeholders with varying seniority with confidence. If you have a passion for understanding the data behind business operations and love coaching stakeholders to make decisions through evidence-based data, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users and partners to implement ActiveOps software across teams through developing a high-level understanding of stakeholder processes and workflow systems.
- Analyse information objectively, evaluate its relevance and ability to draw logical conclusions.
- Develop strategies to engage stakeholders, communicate with them effectively and address requirements.
- Provide feedback and insights to stakeholders regarding trends.
- Quickly adjust to new situations, information, or environments.
- Learn from setbacks, persist in the face of challenges and bounce back.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills with a keen analytical eye and solutions-based mentality.
- Demonstrate a self-directed learning attitude, driving initiatives to seek out opportunities for growth and taking responsibilities for personal development and continuously improving skills and knowledge.
We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of working x2 days in a local office per week. This role is a full-time, permanent position, based at any of our office locations.
