As a senior project leader, you will oversee and coordinate initiatives aimed at improving recognition, inclusion, and support for families and carers in the Alcohol and Other Drugs sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and coordination of projects to enhance recognition, inclusion, and support for families and carers in the Alcohol and Other Drugs sector.
  • Development and delivery of practice reviews and workforce capacity building resources.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, health sciences, social work, or related fields.
  • A minimum of three years' experience managing projects within community, health, or AOD sectors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evaluation methodologies and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Ability to produce high-quality information and capacity building resources.
  • Understanding of issues faced by individuals living with AOD dependency and their families and carers.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and computer skills.
