Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store, including stock control, store procedures and team rotas.
  • Support, coach and motivate the in-store team to achieve the store's targets.
  • Manage store security, track the team's sales performance and have a strong retail floor presence.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Pandora's hand-crafted luxury products and provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and coach a high performing team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
  • The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
