About the Role
A successful Aesthetic Registered Nurse will leverage their registered nursing (RN) abilities to work one on one with patients, helping them achieve their goals and feel great about themselves. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing skin analysis and evaluation on clients
- Conducting aesthetic consultations
- Administering cosmetic injections, including anti-wrinkle and dermal fillers
- Developing treatment plans for clients, ensuring positive results and a trusting environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualification as a Registered Nurse and registration with AHPRA
- Completed an NMBA approved course leading to general nursing registration
- Proven experience and confidence in cosmetic procedures/injecting
- Experience in meeting personal sales targets
- Passion for achieving real results that positively impact clients' lives
- Natural ability to make patients feel at ease and comfortable, displaying empathy and patient care
- Adaptability to ongoing training as the cosmetic industry evolves
