Key Responsibilities- Lead the full life-cycle recruitment of candidates, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain superior communication with candidates, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
- Develop unique and robust search strategies across various functions and disciplines, including research to identify specific target companies and talent based on needs.
- Develop talent prospects into active candidates through effective candidate attraction, engagement, and evaluation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build talent networks and leverage recognized industry sources to develop external talent pipelines.
- Provide strategic guidance and advice to business leaders and other stakeholders on talent market and search strategies.
- Partner with HR and internal TA team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment strategy and process.
- Previous experience working in a senior-level recruitment role, ideally with strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and employer branding as key components.
- Significant experience with full life-cycle executive recruiting process and best practices.
- Prior experience in passive sourcing techniques and assessing talent, with a preference for behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively for solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of functional organizations, matrix structure, and global organizational culture.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously with tight deadlines.
