Associate to Judge Todd, County Court of Victoria
Job Description:As a key member of the Court's team, you will work closely with the Judge and other staff to ensure the efficient operation of the Court. Your role will involve providing operational, administrative, and technical legal support, including case file management, communication at all levels, and legal research and writing.
The County Court has original and appellate jurisdiction and is the principal trial court in Victoria. It hears over 11,000 criminal and civil cases each year.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational, administrative, and technical legal support to the Judge and other staff
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Conduct legal research and write reports and documents as required
