Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a talented team and help the agency achieve growth goals for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve key objectives such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing experts, ensuring both individual and collective success in line with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that deliver high impact.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and advanced analytics to optimise campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous innovation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of performance marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for strategy development and account management.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings as required with clients.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Represent the agency in thought leadership initiatives at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams in a remote work environment.
  • Expertise across performance marketing channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic and innovative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving results.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Tools and Technology:
  • Analytics Platforms: Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Advertising Platforms: Expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms such as TikTok Ads.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools for email marketing and nurturing.
  • Data Management Platforms (DMP): Familiarity with DMPs or CDPs for audience segmentation and personalisation.
  • Reporting Tools: Experience using platforms like Tableau or Google Data Studio for performance insights.
Experience with Emerging Channels:
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and influencer marketing.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising to scale digital campaigns.
  • Ability to leverage user-generated content (UGC) to drive performance marketing results.
