Paid Social Campaign Manager

We're seeking a skilled Content Manager to oversee paid social campaigns, develop creative strategies, and drive measurable results.
- Manage performance against CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
- Develop video, motion, and still content that aligns with campaign goals and brand tone.
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends to fuel new ideas.
- Build out a pipeline of creative concepts to test weekly across multiple verticals.
- Maximise engagement and conversions using UGC and influencer-style content.
For this role, you'll need 2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns, essential skills in analytical and reporting, and a proven track record in lead generation campaigns across multiple industries. You should be able to brief, collaborate, and work closely with designers, editors, and performance teams.
Requirements:- 2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns - Meta and TikTok are essential.
- Agency experience with hands-on campaign management and client-facing work.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience tracking CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Proven experience with lead generation campaigns across multiple industries.
- Understanding of creative strategy, including UGC and influencer-style content.
Our ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once. They'll also have full working rights in Australia (PR, Citizen, or ongoing visa).
