Retail Sales Associate

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly sales associate to join our team.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support in various store departments.
  • You will also be responsible for processing customer transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • In addition, you will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment are essential for this role.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are highly valued.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing role required.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and money handling required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays required.
